How the PMWC 2025 Group Stage Works
Teams are split into three distinct pools: Red, Green, and Yellow—each with 8 contenders. Every day highlights a different group matchup, with squads competing across classic PUBG Mobile battlegrounds including Sanhok, Erangel, and Miramar. The format ensures a balanced test of skills, strategy, and survival.

Each group is in action across six daily matches, and after three days, only the best-performing eight will directly reach the Grand Finals, while the remaining teams have a second chance in the Survival Stage.

From the Survival Stage, the remaining 16 teams will compete for just eight more spots among the world’s best. Those who make it proceed to face off in the Grand Finals for a shot at the championship.
The Smash Rule – A twist awaits in the final stage with the “Smash Rule.” Once a team surpasses the required Match Point threshold (calculated as the leading score from Day 2 plus ten), they must secure a Chicken Dinner on one of the final maps to be crowned champion. If no team achieves this, the point leader at the end will claim the trophy.
