Ganglion Manga Gets TV Anime Adaptation
The Ganglion anime will officially begin airing on October 3, 2025 (JST). Episodes will be broadcast every Friday from 1:53 am to 2:00 am on TV Tokyo, and they will also be shown on TV Osaka, AT-X, and BS Yoshimoto. Since this is a short-form series, each episode will be about 15 minutes long, including a short talk segment after the story.
The anime is being produced by Studio Maf and is based on the manga written by Hisaya Shiraiwa and illustrated by Takashi Itsuki. The manga was first published in Comic Yoshimoto and later released as a single volume in 2009. The story follows Kenji Isobe, a fighter who works for the unusual company Ganglion Co. Ltd. The company has the strange goal of world domination, and Kenji is sent on wild missions such as the “Blow Up Mt. Fuji Operation.” Most of his missions fail when he is stopped by the hero Hopeman, creating a funny workplace comedy set in early-2000s Tokyo.
