The primary voice cast for the anime includes:

  • Misaki Kuno as Dou
  • Ayaka Ohashi as Jahi
  • Akio Otsuka as Ahriman
  • Shigeru Chiba as the Narrator

Directing the series at studio EMT Squared is Masahiko Ota (known for My Deer Friend Nokotan). Takashi Aoshima (Beast Tamer) is handling the series composition, while Yuki Nakano (Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear) is in charge of character designs. The music will be composed by Yasuhiro Misawa (HINAMATSURI). Yuya Sakamoto is the original manga author.

The story centers on Dou, a demon whose boundless kindness defies her heritage. Her gentle nature has the power to pacify even the most fearsome demons, violent monsters, human slaves, and even angels—her kind’s sworn adversaries. This extreme kindness keeps her father, the Demon King, preoccupied with her well-being, hindering his ability to lead demonic raids. Observing this, Jahi, the Demon King’s aide, attempts to mold Dou into a more fitting demon through various trials. Unbeknownst to Jahi, these trials only amplify Dou’s inherent kindness, subtly influencing a world that is anything but kind.
