Golden Kamuy Reveals Trailer, Release Date, and More
The new spin-off is titled Golden Kamuy: Tokushiro Tsurumi no Shukugan. It will be released with a Blu-ray that includes two brand-new anime episodes: “The Lightning Thief and Viper Ogin” and “Long-Tailed Tit / Shimaenaga.” These episodes are made specially for this release.
The Blu-ray bundle will be released in Japan on October 17, 2025. It includes two new anime episodes, a short mini-episode featuring the bird Shimaenaga, and a special spin-off novel. Pre-orders are open now, but only until August 18. This is the first official spin-off story in the Golden Kamuy series, making it a special release for fans.

Voice Cast and Team
The animation is being handled by the same team that worked on Season 4 of Golden Kamuy. The new characters and their voice actors are
- Sakamoto, a super-fast thief, is voiced by Koichi Yamadera
- Viper Ogin, a fierce and wild female bandit, is voiced by Kotono Mitsuishi
- Shimaenaga, a cute little bird, is voiced by Ikue Ohtani
