The highly anticipated sixth season of the epic historical anime Kingdom has officially been announced and is slated for broadcast in October 2025. The news arrived with the unveiling of a striking first teaser visual, sure to ignite the passions of fans worldwide.
Kingdom Season 6 Anime is Coming this year
The previous season, which aired from January to March 2024, was brought to life by the combined animation prowess of Studio Pierrot and Signpost. Adding to the excitement for international fans, VIZ Media has announced that they will begin releasing the Kingdom manga in English starting in Fall 2025. Kenichi Imaizumi, who directed Season 5, is expected to return to the director’s chair. Fans can also look forward to the familiar voices of the main cast, including Jun Fukuyama as the ambitious Ying Zheng, Masakazu Morita as the determined Li Xin (Shin), and Rie Kugimiya as the resourceful He Liao Diao.
