The fantasy-comedy anime Let This Grieving Soul Retire has just released a brand new teaser visual for its upcoming Cour 2, which is officially set to return in October 2025.

While not much information has been shared yet, the visual gives fans a glimpse of what’s coming next, hinting at more emotional scenes and deeper character development in the upcoming episodes.

The teaser visual for Let This Grieving Soul Retire Cour 2 was revealed on June 29–30, 2025, and has created a lot of buzz among fans.

It shows main characters like Krai, Tino, Liz, Sitri, Ark, Gark, and Kaina in powerful and emotional poses, giving a hint that the next part of the story will be more serious and intense.

The anime’s return was first confirmed at the end of Cour 1 in December 2024, and a special teaser trailer was released in March, announcing that Cour 2 will begin in October 2025.

Crunchyroll has also confirmed that it will stream the new episodes as they air in Japan, so fans around the world can watch them at the same time.

The anime is adapted from a light novel titled Nageki no Bōrei wa Intai Shitai, written by Tsukikage and illustrated by Chyko. There’s also a manga version by Rai Hebino. The story started as a web novel in 2018 before becoming a published light novel.
