The popular fantasy isekai light novel Potion, Waga Mi wo Tasukeru (also called Potions Save My Life) is getting a TV anime in October 2025. Fans are excited about the news. Potion, Waga Mi wo Tasukeru: Gets TV Anime Adaptation
The anime will be directed by Mikiko Furukawa, who earlier worked on Moriarty’s Perfect Crime. Yuichi Imaizumi will handle the sound, and Bermei. Inazawa, known for Maarui Kanojo to Zannen na Kareshi, will create the music.
The show is being made by Imagica Infos and Imageworks, with Studio Kaiba also possibly helping out. Crunchyroll has confirmed the anime will start airing in October 2025. A teaser video was released, but it is currently private.
When it’s available again, fans can expect to see character designs, voice cast, and theme songs. The original light novel was written by Akira Iwafune and illustrated by Sunaho Tobe. It first came out digitally in the mid-2010s and got more popular over time.
A manga version began in 2023, and by 2025, there were about ten volumes of the story. While details like how many episodes there will be or where it will stream haven’t been shared yet, the team behind the anime looks promising. Fans can expect a relaxing and magical anime experience.

Plot Overview
Potion, Waga Mi wo Tasukeru is about Kaede, a normal high school girl who suddenly finds herself in a fantasy world full of elves, dragons, and beastmen. She discovers a strange book in her bag that lets her create powerful potions by simply saying “creation.”
These potions help her survive in the new world as she looks for a way back home. The story mixes magic, adventure, and everyday life, showing how Kaede grows from ordinary to someone truly special.
