A preview for the crowdfunded project, titled “Invincible(ish) Happiness!”, has just been released, showcasing Haruhi and her friends back in action, singing, dancing, and continuing their search for the paranormal.

The initiative for this new song and accompanying music video was supported by a successful crowdfunding campaign that ran from November 2024 to January 2025. In a fitting release, the teaser arrived today, July 7th, coinciding with Tanabata – a significant date for the Brigade, famously highlighted in the anime’s “Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody” episode. This timely reveal allows fans to see Haruhi and the gang reunited and performing once more.
The short version of the music video for “Invincible(ish) Happiness!” offers a glimpse of what’s to come, featuring familiar voices and new visuals. The core voice cast has reprised their roles for the song, with Aya Hirano as Haruhi, Minori Chihara as Yuki, Yuko Goto as Mikuru, Daisuke Ono as Itsuki, and Tomokazu Sugita as Kyon. The new footage incorporates 3D models of the characters, set to fresh dance choreography, promising a vibrant and engaging experience for viewers.
