Molly Searcy voices the character Yoshino, while Bryson Baugus takes on the role of Kirishima. The cast also includes Jeff Johnson as Akishiba, Ian Sinclair as Asebi, Sara Ragsdale as Ayano, Alejandro Saab as Azami, Jason Douglas as Azuna, Gerardo Davila as Ebine, Phil Parsons as Gaku, and Wendy Powell as Granny.

Additional voice talent includes Robert McCollum, Kenny James, Kevin D. Thelwell, Orion Pitts, Monét Lerner, Monica Rial, William Ofoegbu, Corey Wilder, Larry Brantley, Taylor Murphy, Ben Bryant, Dakota Farnsworth, Maganda Marie, Aaron Campbell, Shawn Gann, Xan Cramer, Dylan Mobley, Anastasia Muñoz, and Bruce Carey, along with a substantial list of additional voices.

The English dub was directed by Jad Saxton, with Susie Nixon serving as the producer. Jessica Sluys handled the adaptation, while Rickey Watkins was the mixer and Zachary Davis the engineer.

Yakuza Fiancé: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii is based on the manga by Asuka Konishi. The anime adaptation was directed by Toshifumi Kawase at Studio DEEN, with series composition by Rika Takasugi, character designs by Itsuko Takeda, and music by Hiroaki Tsutsumi and Masato Suzuki.

Crunchyroll provides the following synopsis: Yoshino Somei, granddaughter of the head of the powerful Somei Group in the Kansai region, is arranged to marry Kirishima Miyama from the leading Kanto yakuza organization, the Miyama Clan. Initially apprehensive about moving to an unfamiliar place, Yoshino is put at ease by Kirishima’s welcoming and seemingly gentle nature, which belies his yakuza background. However, an unforeseen incident reveals Kirishima’s true character.
