The highly anticipated streaming release dates for Attack on Titan: The Last Attack, in both English subbed and dubbed versions, have been announced by Crunchyroll. This news comes after the film’s initial theatrical debut in Japan on November 8 and its subsequent acquisition for international distribution by Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Attack on Titan: The Last Attack Streaming Dates

According to Anime News Network (ANN), United States viewers can begin streaming Attack on Titan: The Last Attack on Crunchyroll starting today, April 17, at 8 PM EDT. For fans in the United Kingdom, the film will become available on May 1. The Last Attack is a 145-minute compilation of the final two specials, featuring enhanced editing and sound design. Additionally, the film’s conclusion includes the Attack on School Castes special, which is an adaptation of the comedic mini-series from the original Attack on Titan manga.

Interestingly, despite the anime adaptation reaching its conclusion, series producer Tetsuya Kinoshita has hinted at the possibility of future AOT films similar to The Last Attack, leaving fans speculating about the franchise’s future direction.

AOT is based on the manga series of the same name created by Hajime Isayama. WIT Studio handled the animation for the first three seasons, with MAPPA taking over for the fourth and final season. Yuichiro Hayashi directed AOT: The Last Attack, with Jun Shishido serving as chief episode director.

The anime is set in a world where humanity has been driven behind massive walls to protect themselves from colossal, humanoid creatures known as Titans. The story follows the brave members of the Scouting Legion who venture beyond these walls, often facing deadly consequences, and the shattering of the city’s fragile peace that forces its inhabitants into a desperate fight for survival.
