DAN DA DAN Season 2 is set to premiere on July 3rd, with Hulu confirming that same-day English dubs will be available alongside the English-subtitled release in its upcoming July listings. Fans can also stream Season 2 on Netflix and Crunchyroll.
DAN DA DAN Season 2: English Dub
Excitement for the new season is evident, as the theatrical compilation of “DAN DA DAN” Season 2’s first three episodes, titled “DAN DA DAN: Evil Eye,” has already surpassed $5 million at the North American box office. This performance, according to distributor GKIDS on X, outpaces other recent anime compilation screenings like “Solo Leveling: ReAwakening” ($3.4 million) and “Attack on Titan the Movie: The Last Attack” ($2.9 million). “Evil Eye” has achieved a global gross of $5.6 million.
To build anticipation for Season 2, two new trailers featuring the ending song “Doukashiteru” by WurtS were released last week. Anime Corner also conducted interviews with the English dub cast—Abby Trott (Momo), AJ Beckles (Okarun), and Aleks Le (Jiji)—and Season 2 co-director Abel Gongora. Le hinted at the new season’s sound design, Beckles mentioned Okarun’s journey of self-discovery, and Trott highlighted Momo’s cleverness.
