As he begins high school, Koji, Hiro, and Kazuki of Over The Rainbow establish a new agency. Meanwhile, Norizuki Jin, leader of Schwarz Rose, initiates PRISM.1 to crown a new king and sets up a competition between Schwarz Rose and Edel Rose.
