New Inosuke Visual Drops as Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Movie 1 Nears Premiere

A new visual featuring the boisterous Inosuke Hashibira has been released to mark the 90-day countdown until the Japanese premiere of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Movie 1 on July 18. Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Movie 1: New Inosuke Visual

The artwork showcases Inosuke wielding his Nichirin Blades against a backdrop inspired by the Infinity Castle. Given the film’s focus on the final battle, Inosuke is expected to play a significant role, and further insights into his past are anticipated.

This Inosuke visual completes the trio of main characters, following recent countdown posters featuring Tanjiro Kamado (97 days) and Zenitsu Agatsuma (96 days). The three Demon Slayer comrades are poised to confront formidable demons alongside the Hashira.

Animation for the movie is once again being handled by ufotable, raising expectations for the visually stunning combat sequences the studio is known for. Following the Japan release, the film will be distributed internationally between August 14 and September 25.

Crunchyroll provides the following synopsis for Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Movie 1:

Tanjiro Kamado’s journey began when his sister Nezuko was transformed into a demon, leading him to join the Demon Slayer Corps. Alongside his companions Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira, Tanjiro has grown stronger, forging deep bonds and battling numerous demons. His path has led him to fight alongside the elite Hashira, including the Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku on the Mugen Train, the Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui in the Entertainment District, and the Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji in the Swordsmith Village.

As the Demon Slayer Corps and Hashira undergo intensive training to prepare for the impending war against demons, Muzan Kibutsuji unexpectedly appears at the Ubuyashiki Mansion. With the Corps leader in danger, Tanjiro and the Hashira rush to the headquarters, only to be plunged into the mysterious Infinity Castle by Muzan’s doing.

Now within the demons’ stronghold, the stage is set for the ultimate clash between the Demon Slayer Corps and Muzan’s forces.
